Horrible client experience

I place an order with these people on the 25th March for n item I needed to use urgently.

After it took them forever and day to get it delivered they delivered the wrong package with another client personal details attached.

This is a huge concern in terms of the POPI ACT because our personal details are exactly that PERSONAL !!!

I contact the store manager to fix this issue and she promises a call back and that my package would be delivered to me latest by Wednesday today is Wednesday no package and no call back.

Now I have to follow up seeing that it's my package and I am the one that is inconvenienced in this whole thing.

Seriously I am not happy I want them to pay for express delivery and have my packag3d delivered to me today!!!!!
