Horrible and untruthful service

Hi ordered a Yoco machine on the 5th of November 2023. On the website it said it would be delivered in 2-5 working days. According to the tracking info it was shipped on the following tuesday. I phoned 3 times on Friday and they said that they don’t know who they use to courier the item. They also said it might be delivered on the weekend which was past the delivery time they said on their website. It is the following Monday and the item still hasn’t arrived (8 days past since ordering). I contacted Hifi again and they still said they don’t know where my package is. Horrible service from Hifi Corp.
