Horrible after service

I feel like even this one star is just too much for them since a -100 fit for this level of custom service. My fridge is not working and the lady's I spoke to were no help at all, I was told a ticket was gonna be opened but still no technician came to fix my fridge, called them again on Monday later on but no help. I have been calling 4 times and yet I'm still sitting in the house with a fridge that is not working they keep on sending us emails with not help at all. At this point it's clear they can not assist me with anything so they must just come take this fridge
