Horrible

I bought my 4 plate stove 4months ago and it suddenly stopped working over week ago. I immediately reached out to Hi-Fi Corp as the stove is still under warranty. Sent EVERYTHING they asked me to, have conducted them multiple times to follow up and it's ALWAYS the matter has been escalated. I am yet to get a call from the technician. Do not buy anything appliances or anything from these people. The worst. I've been without a stove for a week and half causing unnecessary expenses of having to get take takeaways that I will not be reimbursed for.
