Horrible

I am disappointed in what I received ! Bought a Sealy Argo Firm bed through Hifi Corp , delivered on the 17th of December, 2 days into use, the bed started to sink on the side that I sleep in. Cost me R7500, the bed was delivered by Bradlows Alice branch. I have been complaining about this but my complaint seem to be falling on deaf ears. Noone gives a damn. This hurts, because I spent so much money on this bed, only to receive poor quality staff. Customer service for Bradlows asked me to send photos , since I sent those photos I haven't received any feedback. The only solution is for them to take this bed and give me a real bed. I am being abused here. Everyday this bed is sinking.They said they will send an inspector when I first sent my complaint, they have since changed tune , told me to send photos which I did. This is being delayed intentionally, no regard for customers at all. I need this bed taken out of my house and replaced or give me my money back so I can buy where I will be given better service
