Horrible

Never in my life have I dealt with such horrible service I bought my fridge from hifi corp they send techs from mastercare 5 or 6 different techs came to my house after sending the wrong parts and wrong door sizes my issue is still not fixed and hifi refuses to fix it.....I got another issue with my fridge the tech decided on his own he wants to fetch my fridge and check at the warehouse the issue when I keep asking am k getting a replacement to use while it's getting fixed the call is dropped in my ear.....after a hassle the tech comes yesterday lowers my fridge to nr2 and doesn't tell me after telling me and knowing my thermostat is broken he then leaves this morning I wake up all my **** is defrosted and smelling like really thus is crazy service how dumb are your techs after so many call outs why is my fridge not being replaced I complain to the store manager he says he will dispatch another tech really guys you can't be so dumb with such horrible service you guys are not going to replace my food that's been getting off and I am still waiting for feedback but to be rude and refuse to help me solve my issues they fast this is seriously pathetic I have emails and WhatsApps it's horrible the management is terrible at hifi corp
