Hisense tv

Bought a 65" Hisence tv from hi fi corp carnival mall on 23 June 2018. Tv was checked my salesperson no problems. After paying R15000 cash for it the salesperson help loading it on my van box flat. Wen I got home connected it but TV has cracks an lines. Took it back to da shop Brand manager think his name is Mervin refuse to exchange my TV an tell me its not part of da warranty. In other words my R15000 down da drain. Pls help
