HiSense and Hifi *******ion Atterbury services

I bought a 86” Hisense TV from HIFI corporation in Atterbury in September 2021. It started giving me picture issues in December 2021. Not even a full 3 months later. The store manager , Marthenette tells me that they cannot give me a credit for it as the credit must come from Hisense. I didn’t have any dealings with Hisense when I bought this TV and their after sales service is as ****ty as Hifi *******ion in atterbury. This TV has been taken in for repairs, by Hisense themselves who tell me that they didn’t test it properly when they took it in. Hisense techs have been to my home and sat in my lounge for hours watching the screen to assess what was wrong. They merely rebooted the TV when they were here and also told me that when they took the unit for 2 weeks - they also just rebooted it. I think these stores forget there’s a consumer protection act in place. If this is not remedied soonest. I will Resort to a legal process 🤞🏽
