Hisense 8kg - bad service

I purchased a Hisence 8KG tuble dryer from them online, quicke delivery, just so that their delivery company dropped the tumblw dryer on iets corner damaging the body and the deum, we requested it be fixed or a new one be delivred they told us they can get one from ther KZN branch we waited 2 weeks no reply then, I phoned them requesting a refund as I can not wait that long they said I need to wait a other 30 working days for mt refund Very unsatisfying service received.
