Highly Disappointed

I am highly disappointed and disgusted at Hi Fi Corp, being such a big brand i would think they would know how to manage customer expectations, I ordered for the first time online with Hi Fi corp, they can not assist me at stores and they never answer their phones, when they do answer they can't even assist you. I am still awaiting their call from their online customer care help, i have even tried contacting them for assistance on their website with no response. WIll never make online orders with Hi Fi Corp AGAIN!!! How do i get my money bac****
