HiFi's bad customer service

Hi there, I have been waiting for an order placed last week and Monday the 2nd of December. I have constantly been contacting their call center and store at N1 city. It's either you cannot get through to them or they tell you the manager will give you a call back. I have not had any sort of response from them. This has been the worst customer service. There is no contact about the order placed which is unacceptable. I would like to cancel the order and get a refund however I cannot get through to anyone. There is no one that is willing to assist
