HIFICORPRATION ONLINE NIGHT MARE

On the eve of 22 November 2018 , I made an online purchase on the pre black Friday. I purchase a black deft 4 plate stove order number ********** 33. To date my order was never delivered while on the website it said I will receive my order within 15 working days and it up. I did many follow up and on the 13 of December 2018 I did another follow up this time I was given a reference ********** 7 but still I was never contacted . On the 18 ofDecember 2018 I wrote an email cancelling my order still today was never consulted . I phone their customer and while I was speaking to an agent my call was cut off with no effort of a call back. Ever since I placed that order I have tried my absolute best to contact them sometimes my airtime will run out but never had they contacted me . I am scared I will never get my money to buy my stove to bake even though there won't any baking for me since I don't have a stove because of my foolishness of trusting Hificorporation.
