HiFiCorp poor service

I placed an online order for a JVC sound system.. Paid for it. Waited to get delivered, however they delivery team skynet. They delivered 1x box which had 1 set of speakers, the 2nd box was not delivered, so the speakers are a set of left and right. No delivery note given or signed. However I contacted Hicorp online call center and they advised that they will log incident which takes 24hrs to get a assigned to an agent. I called the delivery team and they advised thst the goods where delivered, so I explained the guy what happened and he sent me a delivery note that was **********ly singed with incorrect spelling of my name and signature..i have sent an email to the team leader awith attachments. This is my first time buying online and worst ever. I just want my correct goods delivered. Called the JD Call center waited over 25mins... Says they will. Escalate... Customer service is very bad
