Hificorp mabopane

I bought a Hisense double door fridge on the 6th of December 2022 which a month later the upper door started opening on its own no matter how many times we try to close it, then I reported it and I even went back to them to complain about their technician taking a month to come check it and when he finally come he poured water onto the door but the same problem started again a week later and I had to go back to them that I need a refund or a replacement but they are now quiet and don't want to tell me what is happening with my complaint
