Hificorp isn't proffessional

On the 7th of December 2019 I bought a washing machine online at hificorp . The purchase was successful but since then I haven't heard from them nor the item delivered. I tried doing a follow up but they don't respond me. Please bring back if you don't have I ordered . It's been a month
