Hificorp delivery issue

Hi,

I ordered and paid for a Hisense fridge on 17/12/2019 09:10.This was suppose to be delivered within 2-5 working days.We did not receive this by the time we left for Italy on 26/12/19 so after countless unanswered calls and emails(hifi corp customer service seems to be unreachable) I contacted Hi-Fi corp N1 city and spoke to the manager there.She said she would forward the number of the person that would be at our delivery adress while we are away to the Hificorp delivery team which apparently she did(thanks for that).Our house sitter then received the following sms: Hi Johannes Van der Colff.We are struggling to get hold of you to deliver your new Hi-Fi Corporation item. Call us on *** or send us a please call me on ***. ***

I then started phoning AGAIN(I have accumatively spent more than an hour on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone) and sent many please call me’s to the number provided (NO RESPONSE).

Could you please advise me on how the get the fridge delivered?
