Hifi turned to Low Fi #*******

i got a 49 inch sometime last year , the TV was not even 5 months old but it already went for repairs more than 3 times ,on the 3rd time it fell in transit to the store cracked the screen and they said they couldn't fix it for and that repairs were going to cost me the the same amount of a new tv so battled with them to book it in till i decided to a new tv , the same 49 inch sansui , the tv just switched off with no less than a month operating, the store gave me a new 49 inch sansui Tv which just went blank.

Its affecting me financially cause i pay my dues for the i took on credit thats broken and no could assis including the dtsv only not to watch it because the tv im being sold spend alot of time the repairs hwich is completely ridiculous, now i have to go the to the store again to return the tv that i was given a replacement tv for the one i bought cash. According to alot consumer acts this is not on!!!!!

can i at least get a refund or a tv that is working
