HiFi store Hemmingways pathetic service

Went to the store in east london Hemingways and the service I received was unspeakable and have no idea why guys working at that store have pathetic service towards customers including the manager Luzuko Dlephu.

I was looking for a pocket router, the first guy who was busy with his cellphone Infront of the computer he was standing Infront of him , pointed that I speak to another store guy who then picked up a call to assist another customer on the call at the same time trying to assist me. I then notice this is nonsense let me ask why is this guy not assisting is he new and was told no. Then the one on the call had to mute the customer on the call and ask this very same guy who not interested in customers to go get the pocket router for me, then he went but took longer.

I then asked the guy who was on the call with the customer what is happening how come that under sales man taking long , he told me to go check, I went by the cashier and I waited again . The very same guy who was on the call and had finished with the customer came to see what was taking so long and he advised me that the manager who has the key to open whatever so that they can sell me the pocket router was on a conference call and it's not going to get finished anytime soon.

So I left and HiFi store in east london is only in hemmingways. How many customers are being turned away because of their bad service or because Mr. Dlephu is on call and can't assist a customer who wants to purchase something. I got the same service when I bought my laptop there it's getting out of hand 😡😡
