Hifi sloppy service

Hifi The Glen, sloppy management, when I asked for Marco da Silva I was Tod that he does not want to assist me, I must contact customer service, customer service useless. Manager at hit I corp wanted to "bend" a part on my brand new iPad in order to "FIX" IT! They then i told me to remove my brand new screen off the iPad...it broke....they refuse to reimburse me. The screen would not need to be removed had the telefunken iPad I purchased not been faculty, I had it less than 25hours! The next iPad I opened in the car before I left the center was also damaged ! They are arrogant and ride, seems like they walked I off the street. Unprofessional., sloppy service.
