Hifi return policy

I bought a 65cm hisense TV I went with my Bakkie so hifi guys put the TV in when I got home the TV had a huge crack in it I took it back the manager does not want to refund or take the TV back. This is horrible service as I wasn't informed about return or exchange policies. The manager had a attitude towards me and my family and did not give me any alternatives or anything
