HiFi refuses to address Fautly bucket

I purchased a pineware 20 l heating bucket online from Hi Fi corp only to have the bucket leak and trip my lights, i called in and it was taken in for repairs for almost a month. On return it had the exact same problem. I called in again and the consultant was resistant to assist as it had been more then 30 days since purchase, i explained that it had previously been in for repairs for almost a month. She logged a complaint and i got a call from a consultant while at work ,i asked to please call after 2 hours as my enviroment was noisy but she persisted with the questions, i asked again to be called after 2 hours, she dropped the call and never called me again. Then i recieve a sms stating my item is in for repairs when the bucket is still in my possession. I am dissappointed and disgusted at the way HiFi is dealing with this matter, its been over 3 months and no resolve. They have chosen to distance themselves from issue. They happily took money and left me with a item i cant even use!!!!
