Am NOzipho Ndzombane On the 15May 2021 I returned my laptop in HiFi to be fixed since its still under guarantee they said I will collect the laptop between 14 to 21 days but if there's anything needed they will contact me.since From that day they never call to inform 21 days passed with no feedback from them on day 30 which was 15 June I decided to call so I can hear from them when can I collect laptop "little did i know" they told me that the lady who's assisting me she's off,but they hav quotation from Lenovo that I must pay R900 so that the laptop can be fixed I responded " if I did not make a call when we're you going to inform me cause its more than 21days am suppose to get my laptop back .but I didn't get a proper answer .On Monday 21 June I went there to get clarity (HiFi operation) The lady who was helping me told me that Lenovo sent an email that my laptop I cracked that is why they charge R900 so in order for me to get a laptop I must pay that amount.i told Pearl shop assistance my laptop was not cracked I can even send you the pics of the condition of laptop I took during the process first day I came here to leave the laptop.. She agreed that it's a lie the laptop is not cracked.but funny they still insist R900 to be paid I said I won't manage to pay the period that was supposed the laptop to be fixed it has passed.She promised that she will communicate with Lenovo company to ,I left the shop.on the 6th Pearl from HiFi operation called that my laptop is back I can come and collect it but is not fixed,I went there and the laptop still is not fixed, hey said there's nothing they can help me they very sorry I left the laptop in the store I told the manager I want my laptop fixed I can take it like this.. up until today the laptop its still with them.. please intervene I need assistance so I can get my laptop fixed My contact number *** (Nozipho Ndzombane) Store name HiFi operation The glen mall Johannesburg south Contact number +***0 Your assistance will be highly appreciated Thank you in advance Shop
