HIfi online useless

What an online shambolic experience. Quick to take money but cant deliver goods on time.From incorrect tracking numbers provided twice, poor email responses,phone call email, mass frustration including late delivery and now the product is finally delivered and the product delivered is incorrect. HIfi Corp, JD group services and Russel Warehouse , you are a mickey mouse outfit and not capable of delivering sweets to cafe's!!!
