HiFi Online purchase chaos - be wary!

Be careful - cannot be trusted with their online purchases !! Purchased a Defy product on special, online on the 17th Apr, to-date nothing has been received. Initially HiFi insisted that I didn't pay (although I used their online payment portal to pay). I emailed a screen dump reflecting the charge on my card. They did not accept this as proof. I had to go through the huge inconvenience to produce a confirmation from my bank that the amount was paid. Even then - no response from HiFi - as nobody calls (I am the only 1 calling). Today I am told (after I called for the 10th time) , that there is NO stock and I will be refunded. Be wary of HiFi - they have absolutely NO idea what they doing & bordering on deception !!!
