HiFi Mall of corporations staff need training

HiFi corporation at Mall of Africa with very bad service. It look like those who were helping me don’t know their job(especially Managers). I have bought with the voucher but the system stop working during the transactions on Monday 13 April 2026 upto now I have not received my product. Today the 15 April 2026 14h50. Another problem is there don’t update me. I must call them every time. Very bad service.
