Hifi is taking money and claiming ignorance

I was retrenched during covid. As soon as a got a other job, I went to HiFi to ask of I could take over my account again.

They told me the account was with ADRS. I now have two debits coming off my account. The one shows up on a HiFi statement, the other is just gone!

They are tarnishing my credit rating because I've tried reversing the one debit order every month. Now I most probably have to leave it so be able to protect myself in that way. HiFi is still charging for an even higher interest rate. The money doesn't appear to be coming off the account. When I call HiFi, they refer me to ADRS who also doesn't know who the other debit belongs to.

It is their financial services, sure they should offer information and do corrective measures? I would pay both amounts to them if it was an option to help them and myself but *** do I do now?

Where should I report them to? Consumer goods?
