HIFI FOURWAYS CROSSING BAD SERVICE

I made an online order for a fridge on 14 April from HI FI CORP in FOURWAYS. Thursday, 20 April delivery came and before accepting delivery as we inspectd with my husband we saw a CRACK inside and did not accept delivery.

It is the Saturday the 22nd now and No ONE from the STORE HAS CALLED ME TO MAKE AN APOLOGY AND GIVE ME A WAY FORWARD.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE STORE BUT THE FONE JUST RINGS!

I DO NOT APPRECIATE HAVING MY MONEY GLADLY ACCEPTED AND THEN I DON'T GET FEEDBACK ON WHAT'S DUE TO ME.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
