Hifi *******ion

<p>I purchased a 50'' Hisense TV last year March at the above store. I now see why some refer to the company as Hifi *******ion. I purchased the TV with my insurance claims card. The only reason I went to hifi corporation is because my insurance company suggested them. Just over a year later the TV screen has stopped working. The manuafacturer has confirmed that the TV is still under warranty and advised that since I do not have the reciept I should request the retailer log it with them. I have sent the statement reflecting the date the purchase was made at hifi corp and the serial number of the TV to them. Almost a month later they are still requesting a debit or credit card statement showing the purchase. For some reason the staff cannot grasp the concept of the claims card or understand that this was used to make the purchase and this is the statement i am sending. Other then the fact that they sold me 2nd rate goods, the lack of urgency or intrest is copletely frustrating. The only time I get any sort of feedback is when I call them to follow up. I will never again make the mistake of purchasing any items from them.</p>
