The service rendered at your Promenade Mall branch is pathetic to say the least. The staff are *********** and so is the condescending branch manager Shameema. Shouting at customers to address their frustrations is not acceptable on any level. She needs an attitude adjustment and a crash course on customer service especially since she is a "business leader".
