Hifi corp's never ending credit payment most dissatisfied

I was told to pay a settlement amoutinorder to close my account which I did with a little extra .then I was told my account was short which was ridiculous but I played again with another extra yet every time I pay my credit amount increased this is the most infuriating thing I have ever experienced why is it that when I pay the extra amount I pay goes in to a credit instead of debit and the. When I call I am told to pay again I am not paying anymore i am done with this ridiculousness
