HiFi Corporation's Price Beat Policy Misleading.

Cornubia store offered me a PRICE MATCH instead of a PRICE BEAT and the deals were identical. Natasha, the person in charge, refused to do a price beat as per company policy proudly displayed at the cashiers. She insisted the policy does not apply but offered a PRICE MATCH instead which is ridiculous. I'd rather buy from Makro where the staff are more knowledgeable and have more common sense and common decency; Natasha, was publicly berating two employees at the cashiers over a laptop before I approached her. It seems the staff are trained to be devious and misleading and it sums up the culture at this company. Never again!!!
