Hifi corporation worst store in South Africa

I purchased a sansui smart tv 55 inch from the hifi corporation at cornobia mall durban. I have been experiencing endless problems with the unit so I decided to take it back to the store and wanted a refund as I am within my 7 days return guarantee due to the fact that this has been the second tv I took back and both was within 7 days. The store manager named.....josiah refused to do a refund and insisted I book it for repairs. Mentioned I would not like a repair but want a refund to buy from a different store. Being a consumer and the CPA act I am entitled to a refund within 7 days as I am a consumer he gave me alot of attitude and told me to call the customer service if I have a problem with his service. I am going to take this further and ensure I get a refund because he refused to do a refund and insissted he repaires it which I do not want. I would not.advise anyone to purchase goods from this store because the customer service is pathetic and the manager has no way to speaking to a customer and they refuse to do refunds within 7 days which is by law any store must give u a refund with explanation.......very bad service
