Hifi Corporation very bad service with bad staff

Hifi Corporation online orders. Please do not order online and be warned. On 25 Nov I've ordered a Defy fridge with dispenser for R2999. Was called on 30 Nov by Symone Pandarum to arrange delivery on 7 Dec. No one pitched while I've waited the whole day. Email after email for cancelation were sent to Brandon, Kenneth Percival and Symone with not one respond. Calling the center number is even worse because you keep on hanging on for more than 30 min and no one call you back or answer. I've been to the Boksburg branch who could not help either. My money has been taken, I suffer without a fridge and must now just sit and smile while I could have bought a fridge somewhere else
