Hifi Corporation toti no good

Hi I bought a hisense top loader washing from hifi corporation in September 2021 it is 9 month old on the 18th of May 2022 I reported that the machine was making a strange noise to Bianca from service department at hifi Corp she said I must whatsapp her the details of purchase which i did immediately I have been calling every day since she only logged the report to hisense on the 24th may I recieveďcall from technician on the same day he arrived the 25th to come see what's wrong he proceeded to tell me the motherboard the spin motor and the gearbox are faulty he then left he arrived 27th May to take pics said parts will be ordered I should hear by Monday 30 th may I have been calling every day without response the have a lack of interest in helping customers after purchase I feel since my machine is only 9 months old it should be replaced with a new machine as my warranty is for 5 years . The Hisense technician came and put the new mother board in and changed the hot water inlet to the cold water inlet because the machine wouldn't select the cold water, firstly I don't think this should be left like this. the machine isn't working it doesn't drain water out and I must keep the machine set on hot water in order for water to be able to enter the machin.I feel the treatment that I have received is very unfair I am a disabled person and I paid a lot of money for this Hisense washing machine it's only 9 months old and now I must battle to get a hold of hifi corporation in Amanizintoti kzn for any feed back on a daily basis I am using all my airtime where they should be keeping in touch with me this problem has been on going for 3 weeks now and I have to pay a private person to do my washing who is going to compensat me on my cost that I have spent to try get after purchase service, I am truly not happy with the service I have received after purchase I feel the store was quick to take my money and now I am left running after them for help it's truly wrong I want a new machine I am not waiting any longer for parts this is ridiculous.
