Hifi Corporation The Glen Shopping Centre

I had an awful experience with Hifi corporation. I ordered a set of headphones online, received no update communication or feedback from them. After trying to get through to them and get some answers on the phone, online chat, email, facebook,Instagram and Twitter with no help what so ever. We went into the Hifi corporation store in the Glen Shoppong Centre, we were assisted by a great staff member named Lawrance Thabana He acknowledged that the way I was treated was not right and that I should of been contacted. They checked my order to find that there was no stock, he contacted his manager and with in minutes I was given a set of head phones. Thank you very much to Lawrance Thabana and Hifi Corp at the glen for your help and great service. All hifi corps staff members need to take some tips from them.
