I experienced very poor service and felt ****** by them. I took back my fault microwave for an exchange and they checked my receipt and asked me to leave it at the store for repairs. The next I was phoned to come and fetch the microwave as faulty as is because the 1 year warranty has expired and I had to register it with the suppliers so that i can claim from them when they never told me that when I purchased it and in the box it says 2YR WARRANTY. I should have taken the advice that they sell 2nd hand furniture and they are ********.
