Hifi Corporation Sell DUD products to customers

I am extremely agitated with hifi corporation, who keeps selling DUD products to their customers. I ordered a new 55inch Smart UHD LED JVC tv online in the beginning of December, the TV that was delivered did not work, the TV remote sensor was faulty, I had to call my brother who has a big enough car to transport the TV to come and help me get to the nearest Hifi Corporation, which was Hifi Corporation West Rand Lifestyle. After taking forever testing and making sure the TV is faulty, they swapped it out for a new TV (same as what I paid for) this was on 21 Dec 2018. Today it's 30 Dec 2018 and my TV has decided to freeze and will not work. It stops at the smart TV face with the bubbles and doesn't go further. I can hear the channel sounds but no images relating to it. This is our 3rd TV that we have bought from Hifi Corporation that is a totally dud and trash. It's a lot of money and time to waste going back and forth. I demand a new TV, same size and definitely NOT a jvc as I have read MULTIPLE complaints regarding this specific TV. I do not have the capacity to drive up and down to store's and wast time I don't have as I am a single mom, who constantly needs to work to provide die her son.
