HiFi Corporation poor pathetic handled service

Hi I write again it's been a month no reply from HiFi CORPORATION. I have spent so much an no answer from the business itself. HiFi Corporation should Close down. It's irresponsible as a business. Doesn't look after the clients nor their reputation. I need answers R40 something thousand down the drain😡😡😡 From management down to customer service there's no fairness.
