I placed an order for an advertised Headboard online that was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of December and was not delivered.

Received an email on the third of January that there was a pricing error and i will be refunded. Till this day I have not received my refund and have not received a delivery and i was advised that the refund was processed on the 24th of December. Now I cant get hold of them and i have been sent from pillar to post about the product that I am supposed to receive at the advertised price or get my Refund.
