Hifi Corporation pathetic online service!

I bought a bed online on the 26 of May 2020 but even today I am still awaiting the delivery.

I have contacted them via e-mail, call centre and Facebook messenger but I have not received any fruitful correspondence.

I cancelled my order and got an automated response from them!

I no longer want anything to do with this pathetic company that lacks customer etiquette! I just want my money back...

I advise everyone not to use their online service to make any purchases, unless they want to lose their money!
