Be very very careful ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THESE ********* , THESE ******* - i write this review with a sad heart - to be ****med / conned or done in by a retail outlet is really next level , when i say ****med lets break it down when you pay for something online it accepts your payment it says 5 days max delivery time your order status never updates further than payment received , none of the advertised contact numbers work , you email every address possible (no response) and then when you comment on their social media posts of send them a message on facebook messenger they remove your comments and BLOCK YOU - this is HIFI CORPORATION - now i ask what do you do they refuse point blank refuse to give you any info - they have up and disappeared with our money 3000 rand might not be alot to them but to me it was my savings so who am im just a single person in there millions of customers , and clearly they can do without me so i ask you with tears in my eyes what happens to me and my order , NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING , they simply dont give a F**K , its as simple as that , we called the Glen hifi branch they say the online department has nothing to do with them , this is not a franchise there are no individual store owners so why cant i just go to the nearest shop and collect my order , why cant any branch be able to assist , they are advertising the same products i ordered on FACEBOOK SPONSORED ADVERTS WITH A BUTTON THAT SAYS SHOP NOW - my comment on that post was take the shop now button off its misleading and im blocked , when people ask general questions on posts they reply but cant reply in any form to the outstanding deliveries or orders they have but are taking more money and more online orders, without a clue on how they plan on servicing the thousands of people they have ****** money from , from THE 27TH NOVEMBER 2019 to date they have ****** millions from people ( receiving payment for goods and disappearing into thin air ) , ************ , DISINGENUOUS , ******* , i mean the GAUL to block a person on all platforms because of your own incompetence , SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON YOU , not many people have alot and then to openly advertise products for sale and DUPE people by getting them to purchase online and then **** like a magic disappear with their money , YOU GUYS OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES JUST TO FINISH MY ORDER WAS PLACED AT 11AM FRIDAY THE 29TH NOVEMBER 2019 -
