HiFi Corporation Online service terrible

I bought a coffee machine online (3 December 2019). You dont get any communication or feedback from them and after weeks of following up with them, I was told the item was sold out... How I dont know but anyway they promised to refund me and to date Im still chasing my refund with no luck... nothing... poor poor service...
