Hifi Corporation - no service

Good day I paid online for a laptop to surprise my daughter Unfortunately I expected that the laptop will be delivered by courier as it says also on the website FREE online delivery Now Im told that i apparently clicked on collection, I was told by a Chelsea to ask for a refund if delivery is not free and not available I want a refund I sent emails for a refund and are ignored and get no feedback Great service Hifi Corporation as there is none
