I ordered a freezer and a monitor online on the 20th February 2021,delivery was supposed to be on the 25th Feb according to the SMS they sent. To this day, no delivery has taken place and i cannot track the order online because their tracking page hangs. i am livid. when i called, Mbali from their warehouse apologized and said they will deliver by 3rd or 4th March, today is the 10th March- no delivery, no communication, nothing. this is UNACCEPTABLE. I want my money back!!!keep your goods. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
