Hifi corporation is the worst

I ordered a chest freezer online, after payment I received a message saying it will be delivered the 24th Dec but nothing. I then tried the tracking the parcel it says service unavailable. I decided to wait at least till after Christmas on the 28th I received a call asking if I will be home for delivery I said. Me canceling all my plans waiting for this delivery that is a no show. I called hifi Corp yesterday I got a reference number but still nothing today I called again the lady I spoke dropped the call very rude. I want to k ow is hifi Corp ****ming their customers or what is this? I paid alot of money for that item just to be ignored, customer care dropping my calls I am currently on the line holding for the last 15 mins no one is taking my call. I will never recommend this store to anyone e their service is pathetic seriously. Second time now they dropping my call
