Hifi Corporation is running a **** ring!
I dont know what kind of ***** **** ring you guys are playing.. First I called you end of october that I got emails saying I app**** for store credit of R15K at one of your Mabopane stores of which you explicitly told me that I should not worry because the person needs to have my original ID documents in order to attain the credit.
Today (14/12/2018) I received an email from your store with a Statement for R8 637.95 that I supposedly have to pay up in installments to you guys. A whole invoice statement. So my question is why arent you doing any proper vetting before dishing out credit and how come you are not charging this amount to the same account you gave the damn credit to?
I am overly annoyed
