hifi corporation is a **** store to deal with

i contacted hifi corp head office today , for help on my account i want to pay my account via eft every month as it is more convinient and instant , but the debit order dept. did not want to hear anything i said, all they told me is you signed an agreement to pay via debit order and they cant do anything, then while i was talking to the consultant Brenda she put the phone down on me. not to mention it took me an hour to get through to them as every time the phone started ringing and then it seemed like someone answered, then was just silence and then the phone was put down on me, besides the rude consultants, hificorp really need to upgrade their staff consultants and ways to pay. other shops load a debit order on your account but if you can pay five days in advance of your debit order date via eft why cant hifi corporation also put this mesure in place
