HiFi Corporation | Insurance Claim Not Been Honoured

We purchased a 75i inch Toshiba TV on 17 January 2024 from HiFi Corpoation and took out insurance on the TV. We returned the TV because the screen was cracked. To date their assessor has been dragging their feet issuing the damage report. We have followed up frequently but get the run around. The insurance for the TV cost us an additional R1583. A very very expensive mistake for diddly squat.
