Hifi corporation handled my claim very well

I bought a TV stand online, unfortunately the stand was damaged but I was very impressed about how my claim was handled, I went to the nearest Hifi corporation for an exchange or refund since they had nothing on stock I was fully refunded and Lizzy Mokaba from Polokwane branch kept on checking on me if I was refunded.
