HiFi Corporation going downhill fast

One buys goods from reputable retail outlets so that when after sales service is needed it is forthcoming. Bought a printer on 24 December 2019, and it now has problem and needs to be serviced. Took the printer with receipt to the Park Meadows branch (where is bought) and was told that they could not help me. So why did I waste my time buying from this company I could just easily have bought it from any foreign store in Bezuidenhout Valley. It is out of guantantee but can be serviced and repaired at a cost which I am more happy to pay but now I do not know where to go as HiFi Corp will not assist. Rediculous.
